With Lavern Cox on the radar of my new publishing company for dibs on playing "moi", The Black Madam, in the film adaptation of my forth coming memoir INFAMOUS, I wondered many nights since hearing this news... "if Lavern could truly play a convincing role of myself in order to give my fans what they truly desired?"
During my writing the memoir, I always thought of model Chanel Iman playing the young "Infamous one" in my humble beginings just prior to my first escort services taking off.
Ever since I saw Chanel in a Victoria Secret catalog back in 2013 while in my pretrial detainment & wondering if she could have actually been my love-child by the only girlfriend that I ever had back in college at the University Of The Arts... Julie Won So.
Especially being that Chanel was from the same area of California Jules hailed from also.
"No guys... Really!" I thought perhaps this could have been my child Julie never told me about once we severed our ties due to my beginning my hormone therapy for transitioning back in 1992. But anyway, she (Chanel turned out to not be mine... to my own heartbreak)
However, I've always kept her on my radar to play me in my movie INFAMOUS once the opportunity presented itself. As far as my favorite Trans Actress Lavern Cox... Perhaps she could play the more seasoned me as Madam. The part of me who I have now grown to be.
Secured in my station in life of being an open Transgender Woman of the World. She would be pitched perfect for the role.
